Here’s a little core workout to get your Wednesday going! And no, core doesn’t mean abs, it means your entire trunk. That’s how you keep your body strong and healthy without muscular imbalances. You can set up stations and do them with a friend or just get ‘er done solo. Exercise descriptions are listed in the Exercise Library.
Perform the exercises at each station. Allow yourself a 15 second break, and then move on the next station. When you get to the last one, start over again at the top. See how many stations you can complete in 20 minutes.
